Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of reducing the size of a boss part of an oil cooler protruding on an outer surface of a resin tank to the utmost, and stably easily mounting an oil pipe.
SOLUTION: A flange 2 is provided on a base outer periphery of a boss part 7, and a seat part is formed on an inner periphery. An outer screw 5 is formed on an outer periphery of a part of the boss part 7 protruded axially from the base part of the boss part 7, and an inner screw 6 is provided in the inner periphery. An O ring fitting part is provided in the base part inner surface of the boss part 7, in which a sealing O ring 14 is fitted. An outer nut 10 is threaded to the outer screw 5, and the boss part 7 is clamped to a resin tank 12, and further an inner nut 11 is threaded to the inner screw 6 to clamp an oil pipe 9 to the boss part 7.
