Abstract:
To provide an oil damper capable of changing attenuation force according to displacement, and capable of suppressing a processing cost.SOLUTION: An oil damper 10 includes: a cylinder 12 which includes a central liquid chamber 22 formed at a central part, and a pair of end part liquid chambers 24 which is formed at both sides of the central liquid chamber 22 respectively and whose cross section is smaller than that of the central liquid chamber 22, and in which oil 30 is filled in the central liquid chamber 22 and the pair of end part liquid chambers 24; a piston 14 which includes a large piston part 42 which slides on an inner wall of the central liquid chamber 22 and in which an orifice 52 is formed, and a pair of small piston parts 44 which are at both sides of the large piston part 42, whose diameter is smaller than that of the large piston part 42, and which moves between the end part liquid chambers 24 and the central liquid chamber 22; a piston rod 16 connected to the piston 14 and extending to the outside of the cylinder 12; and a diaphragm 18 provided at the end part liquid chambers 24, and for forming an air chamber 26 in the end part liquid chamber 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
