Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an oil damper for suppressing the variation of the resistance force for the variation of the relative speed between a piston and a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: In the passages 8 and 9 on a piston rod 3 side, relief valves 10 and 11 having each different opening working pressure and solenoid valves 12 and 13 for loading or unloading the relief valves 10 and 11 by the opening and closing are installed. The relief valves 10 and 11 are closed when each hydraulic pressure in the passages 8 and 9 is below an opening working pressure, and the relief valves 10 and 11 are opened when each hydraulic pressure in the passages 8 and 9 is over the opening working pressure, and the opening degree is automatically adjusted so that the hydraulic pressure is kept nearly at the opening working pressure. The variation of the resistance force for the variation of the relative speed between a piston 2 and the cylinder 1 is suppressed.
