To provide oil-and-fat confectionery which can be produced with simply structured equipment, and having differentiated patterns; and to provide a method for producing the confectionery.
The oil-and-fat confectionery is formed of at least two kinds of oil-and-fat confectionery dough different in a color tone. The oil-and-fat confectionery dough existing inside is partially see-through because the surface layer of the oil-and-fat confectionery dough is thin and has uneven thickness, and the color tone of the surface dough of the oil-and-fat confectionery is relatively paler than that of the inner oil-and-fat confectionery dough, and differentiated patterns are formed on the confectionery. The method for producing the oil-and-fat confectionery is provided in the present invention.
