PURPOSE: To provide an oil feeding mechanism of a sewing machine which enables easy cleaning and replacing work for a filter from the front side of a sewing machine and can reduce the cost without any influence on a sewing work and the appearance design of the sewing machine.

CONSTITUTION: A filter storing box 1d for storing an oil filter 7 is formed in the upper part of a main body 1 integrally with the main body, with the top surface opened, and a closing cover for the top surface opening part of the filter storing box 1b is integrated with an upper cover 2 removably provided on the main body.
