PURPOSE: To improve the safety and reliability by providing an oil jet preventing means for preventing operating oil from being jetted out of an air hole provided at a plunger, and forming such structure as to allow the jet of the operating oil from the plunger air hole at the time of colliding at high speed collision speed.
CONSTITUTION: When an oil-filled buffer is operated at the speed of elevator low speed operation, operating oil flowing out of an oil jet hole 10 is guided by a guide rod 24 because of its oil viscosity so as to be collected to the center part, rises and then falls downward after coming in contact with a receiving plate 8 provided at the top part of a plunger 7. At this time, the operating oil is not jetted out from an air hole 13 provided at the side wall upper part of the plunger 7. On the other hand, even in the case of the oil-filled buffer is operated at the high speed collision speed, the flow of the operating oil jetted from the oil jet hole 10 immediately after the collision is not put into disorder so as to prevent a buffer characteristic at the time of high speed action from being influenced. Regarding the jet of the operating oil 15 from the air hole 13 at this time, the decrease effect of the jet quantity can be expected, but the jet itself has to allowed.
