Abstract:
To provide an oil film bearing structure capable of using lubricant supplied between a bearing bushing and a roll sleeve to prevent seizure between the bearing bushing and a roll chock with a simple configuration, a hot rolling mill, a warm rolling mill, and a cold rolling mill.SOLUTION: An oil film bearing structure 10 comprises a roll sleeve 11 fixed to the outer peripheral side of a roll neck 4, and a bearing bushing 12 fixed to the inner peripheral side of a roll chock 5. Lubricant is supplied between the bearing bushing 12 and the roll sleeve 11 via a lubricant supply port 13 penetrating from an outer peripheral surface 12a to an inner peripheral surface 12b of the bearing bushing 12, and the oil film of the lubricant prevents seizure between the bearing bushing 12 and the roll sleeve 11. A lubricant filling groove 14 filled with lubricant is formed on the outer peripheral surface 12a of the bearing bushing 12 so as to extend across the lubricant supply port 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
