Abstract:
To provide an emulsion composition maintaining emulsion stability even through a high temperature process such as sterilization (heat resistance) and small in change of particle diameter distribution before and after heating, maintaining emulsion stability even when an oil phase composition has state change (for example, the oil phase component is solidified and crystallized by temperature decrease, the oil phase component is molten by temperature increase) (temperature decrease resistance) and easy to be handled during manufacturing.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by an oil-in-water-type emulsion composition having solid particles, a surfactant having one alkyl group, an oil phase component and a water phase component, in which the oil phase component contains an oil phase component having an unsaturated bond and/or an oxygen atom, and the solid particles exist on a boundary surface between the oil phase component and the water phase component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
