Abstract:

To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic which maintains a stable emulsion state with time by suppressing aggregation of micro-emulsified particles in a nanoemulsion in an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic having transparent appearance and has a high additional value without excessive oily feeling and sense of incompatibility after applying to the skin even though an oily component is highly blended so that a ratio of an inner phase containing an oily component is 25 mass% or more.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent or translucent oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic which comprises an oily component (A), a non-ionic surfactant (B) including a polyglycerol fatty acid ester (B1) having an HLB of 10 or more and 0.1 to 3.0 mass% of an anionic surfactant (C) and an aqueous component (D) as essential components, wherein since the ratio of an inner phase containing the oily component (A), the non-ionic surfactant (B) and the anionic surfactant (C) is adjusted to 25 to 45 mass%, emulsified particles in close contact are hardly agglomerated because the electrostatic repulsive force due to surface charge and zeta potential of emulsion particles is sufficient and the dispersion state of a nanoemulsion is stabilized over a long period of time.SELECTED DRAWING: None
