PURPOSE: To enhance the reliability and workability by abutting the opening, at one end of a pipe, on the surface of a vessel while surrounding an oil leak part of the vessel, applying a first sealing agent to the entire periphery at the abutting part and a second sealing agent to the other end of the pipe and the abutting part, and then hardening the sealing agents.

CONSTITUTION: A pipe 5 is abutted, at one end opening thereof, on the surface of a vessel while surrounding an oil leak part 3. After oil and dust are removed, a first sealing agent 6 is applied around the abutting part and hardened to bond the pipe 5 onto the surface of the vessel 1. A rubber plug 7 is then inserted into the pipe 5 from the opposite side opening 5a and the pipe 5 is pressed by means of a cutting pliers at the opposite end side from the outer surface side thereof in order to prevent flow out of oil 2 from the opening 5a. A second sealing agent 8 is then applied covering the opening 5a of the pipe 5 and the first sealing agent 6 and eventually hardened.
