Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively eliminate oil mist by preventing the cleaning water from being emulsified to restrain generation of oil mist, removing oil in oil mist produced from heat treatment materials to prevent air pollution caused by the oil mist, and further preventing fire due to adhesion of oil (oil mist) from breaking out from ducts.
SOLUTION: Cooling oil adhering to heat treatment materials is collected by an intermediate processing unit 21, the heat treatment materials are cleaned and conveyed to a tempering furnace 4, oil mist generating from the heat treatment materials, which have been conveyed to the tempering furnace 4, is sucked by a suction fan and combusted by a burner 19, cold or hot water supplied from a water tank 10 provided in the intermediate processing unit is heated with the combustion heat of the burner 19 through a heat exchanger 14, which is provided in communication with the burner 19, and the heated water is showered by a shower device 11 onto the heat treatment materials being conveyed in the intermediate processing unit 21 to clean up the cooling oil adhering on the materials.
