The oil recovering device comprises a closed circuit 13 connected to a compressor 20 containing oil to air condition in which a fluid flows, and a refrigerating circuit 40 for giving a moving force to the fluid of the circuit 13 to move the oil of the compressor 20. In this case, the circuit 13 has a separator 50 for separating the oil of the compressor 20 from the fluid. The circuit 40 has conveying heat exchangers 7A, 7B for heating or cooling the refrigerant of the circuit 13 to give a moving force to the refrigerant by pressurizing or pressure reducing. An oil container 11 for recovering and containing the oil is connected to the separator 50. A refrigerant container 91 for recovering and containing the refrigerant of the fluid is connected to the circuit 13.
