To improve the oil resistance of a styrene resin sheet having excellent moldability and making it possible to regenerate scrap by so forming the contact surface of a casting roll as to have the specific surface roughness of the sheet obtained by a T-die casting roll, a touch rolling method.

A vessel is so formed that the casting roll contact surface of a styrene resin sheet obtained by a T-die casting roll, touch rolling method becomes the inner surface of a vessel, i.e., the surface for filling filler such as mineral oil stuck material, food oil and food oil fabricated product. The surface roughness of the casting roll contact surface is less than 1.0S by JIS-B 0.60 standard. Accordingly, the oil resistant vessel formed in this manner has no difficulty of recovering scrap when solvent resistant resin such as conventional polyolefin is used, makes it possible to shorten the molding time and to improve oil and the like preservability.
