Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based hair conditioner of non-aqueous formulation blended with silica, by which the feeling of stickiness of the hair is suppressed and a soft and light finish can be expected, the squeaking of hair, which is a disadvantage of silica blending, is improved, and the dispersibility of the silica is secured.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an oil-based hair conditioner substantially free of water and comprising the following ingredients (A) and (B): (A) one or more silica materials; and (B) one or more silicone surfactants.SELECTED DRAWING: None
