Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an oily preparation having high activity of an active oxygen inhibitor as an active ingredient and high permeation power to cells of disease part.
CONSTITUTION: A grain raw material comprising an embryo bud of rice or wheat and soybeans is roasted at <100°C, fermented with KOJI, pulverized to give fine powder, which is blended with a mixed oil composed of an oil collected from sesame roasted by the above-mentioned method and an oil collected from raw sesame to give an oily preparation comprising 60-95wt.% of the mixed oil based on the total amount of the fine powder and the mixed oil The oily preparation is effective for preventing and treating various inflammations and incurable diseases caused by destruction of cell tissue with active oxygen or peroxylipid produced in human body.
