Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily solid cosmetic excellent in any of feeling to user, finishing property and makeup adhesiveness.
SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic contains (A) 0.5-50wt.% of a modified organopolysiloxane compound of the formula [R1 is a 1-18C hydrocarbon; R is a 2-16C hydrocarbon; Rf' is a 1-20C perfluoroalkyl; (m) is 2-16; (n) is 1-6; (x) 0-50], etc., having perfluoroalkyl and polyoxyalkylene at side chain, (B) 1-90wt.% solid, simi-solid or liquid oily raw material (e.g. paraffin wax or squalane) and (C) 1-95wt.% powder for cosmetic (e.g. pigment). The cosmetic is prepared by blending these components with surfactant, ingredient having pharmacodynamic effects, other oily raw materials, antiseptic, antioxidant, humectant, ultrabviolet light absorber, perfume, etc., and heating, mixing and stirring the mixture. The cosmetic can be prepared in makeup cosmetic such as lipstick, foundation, eye shadow or eye liner.
