PURPOSE: To provide an olefin resin compsn. which little suffers blooming toward the surface of the compsn., is fine and has good plate adhesion, containing an olefin resin, an electrically conductive filler, sulfur and a rosin derivative as essential components.

CONSTITUTION: 10W40pts.wt. electrically conductive filler such as acetylene black is blended with 100pts.wt. olefin resin in such a quantity as to give an electrical resistance of 103Ωcm or below to the compsn. A rosin derivative such as rosin pentaerythritol ester is incorporated in the compsn. in such a proportion as to give 2W10pts.wt. rosin derivative per pt.wt. sulfur in the compsn., but not more than 10pts.wt. thereof per 10pts.wt. olefin resin, thus obtaining the desired sulfur-contg. olefin resin compsn. which can be electroplated.
