Abstract:
To provide a technique for detecting SARS-CoV-2.SOLUTION: As a labeled probe used for detecting SARS-CoV-2, which can be included in a sample, used is one having following characteristics (A) and (B): (A) it has a base sequence at least 85% identical to a base sequence represented by a specific sequence or another different sequence or a base sequence complementary thereto including at least ten, continuous bases; and (B) only one of 5' end or 3' end is labeled.
