To memorize a series of operations of an onboard instrument desired by a user and to collectively execute these memorized operations by a simple operation by the user.
A switch ECU 1 monitors the action state of a plurality of onboard instruments (air conditioner 5, air purifier 6, audio 7, seat 9, door lock 11, window opening/closing device 12 or the like) by an operation of the user through a multiple signal line 13; and memorizes this monitored action state. An operation command corresponding to the action state of the plurality of onboard instruments memorized is outputted to the plurality of onboard instruments by an operation of a switch 2 by the user. Thereby, it becomes possible that a series of operations of the plurality of onboard instruments by the user are collectively and simply executed.
