Abstract:
To provide a high-water-resistance and low-modulus single-component MS sealant and a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: The single-component MS sealant contains 20-50 pts.wt. of a base MS resin, 20-50 pts.wt. of a plasticizer, 50-150 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, 3-10 pts.wt. of a thixotropy-agent, 2-8 pts.wt. of a weather-resistant agent, 1-5 pts.wt. of a water-resistant adhesive of a specific structure such as a trifunctional group-type amino silane coupling agent and a bifunctional group-type amino silane coupling agent, 0.05-1.0 pts.wt. of a catalyst, and 0.5-3 pts.wt. of a color master batch for MS sealants.SELECTED DRAWING: None
