PURPOSE: To reduce cost by using a general purpose hot water change-over valve-built-in cartridge for one piece type hot water/cold water mixing faucet with a sand-alone type water purifier.
CONSTITUTION: Hot water change-over valve-built-in cartridges are removably mounted one upon the other on the top of a mixing faucet main body 1 where a mixing water discharge pipeline and a clean water are formed into a double discharge pipeline 2 and mounted swivelably. A clean water change-over valve 9 and a raw water supply pipe 7 to a stand-alone type water purifier 5 and a clean water return pipeline 8 are installed to a spot under this mounted location, thereby constituting this apparatus separately from a hot water change-over valve. Since general purpose cartridges are available as a result, it is possible to reduce the whole cost.
