Abstract:
To obtain an onion-containing granule or tablet easy in application and capable of improving the complications derived from diabetes or the like.
This onion-containing granule or tablet is obtained by: steam- heating a minced onion; processing it into a pasty form by juicer and adding a concentrated extract of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms thereto; simmering it under mixing and then setting it pasty again; adding a base material and binder powder thereto and kneading it; molding it into the form of granule or tablet; and drying it.
