Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the whole size of the opener and prevent detachment of the spring after installation by inserting a hook portion of the spring into the groove to be latched onto the latch member, and disposing the coil portion of the spring continuously along the plate thickness of the operating lever.
SOLUTION: A latch portion 10d of the spring is formed of a latch member embedded in the rear portion of an operating lever 10. A groove is formed to surround the periphery of the latch member. The latch portion 10d of the spring has the latch member for latching the hook portion 11a of the spring 11 and a notched portion that securely keeps the latched state of the spring 11 by preventing detachment thereof. The hook portion 11a of the spring 11 is latched in the state where the hook portion 11a of the spring 11 does not protrude from the surface of the operating lever 10 and the coil portion 11b of the spring 11 is continuously disposed along the plate thickness of the operating lever 10. As a result, the whole size of the opener can be reduced and detachment of the spring after installation can be prevented.
