PURPOSE: To concurrently perform opening, closing, and locking and unlocking operations by a method in which in case of stepped and lateral windows in which outward projecting windows are arranged every direction, an opening and closing mechanism is provided to one end of the sliding window, an opening and closing mechanism excluding operating means is provided to the other end, and reciprocal rods are connected with each other.

CONSTITUTION: The portion other than one end of a guide groove 13 occupying the cross section of slider 14 when closing a slide door 27 is shaped into a small long form incapable of turning around the axis of the groove 13, and one end of the groove 13 is shaped into a round form of a diameter corresponding to the long diameter capable of turning the slider 14 around the axis. The slider 14 is connected with reciprocal rods 18 by the slider crank mechanism 15 of the first and second crank links 16 and 17 skewly extending to the groove 13. In the case of stepped and laterally arranged outward projecting windows which are arranged vertically and horizontally, an opening and closing mechanism is provided to one-end outward projecting window and an opening and closing mechanism excluding operating means is provided to the other window to connect the rods 18. Opening, closing, and locking and unlocking operations can be concurrently made.
