To provide an opening and closing ledger frame which can remove the occurrence of a layer impassable on account of existence of a stair opening part and a stair without providing a pole frame for ascending and descending the stairs outside a prefabricated scaffolding.

A ledger frame device is composed of the combination of a lodger frame 1 with an opening and closing type floor with ascending and descending stairs 41 arranged in the lower part of the lodger frame 1. The lodger frame 1 with opening and closing type floor is provided with a joining- holding means 45 for holding the leaping up state of the ascending and descending stairs 41 when the ascending and descending stairs 41 installed on a lower stage to the lodger frame 1 is made to leap up along a lower part of the lodger frame 1. The occurrence of an impassable layer in a temporary scaffold can be removed by the leaping up of the stairs 41.
