This opening part structure is provided with vertically opening type fittings of projecting its upper end part to the indoor side more than an indoor surface of an outer wall when opening-closing and also slantingly opening an opening part by inclining by rotating around a horizontal rotary shaft, and is provided with a wing plate part extending to the indoor side from both side edge parts of the opening part, and has an avoiding space formed between this wing plate part and swelling to the indoor side of the opening part, and is characterized by downward slantingly stretching a ventilating net-like body of forming a large number of small holes of the size capable of checking the passing of small insects on an indoor side surface of the avoiding space.
