PURPOSE: To enable improvement in operating efficiency by providing a structure in which a pickup device is moved to a nonoperating position by rotating a side clutch lever from a side clutch disconnecting position and further to a clutch disconnecting position.
CONSTITUTION: When a side clutch lever 1 is pulled to an intermediate part, a side clutch wire 48 is pulled to disconnect a side clutch and cut off power transmission. Thereby, a travel device is turned to the side. When the lever 1 is further rotated to the direction of clutch disconnection, the side clutch wire 48 is not pulled by extending a tensile spring 50. A pickup wire 49 is pulled to lift a pickup device 3 upward to a housing position. A lever hooking part is provided in a guide groove 54 at the position of the side clutch lever 1, which is then hooked thereon to stop the left and right travel devices and hold the pickup device in a housed state.
