Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reliably change the advance direction to the right or left by pivotally fitting the base of a hand clutch lever to a frame rotatably to the right and left and up and down. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 2 is inserted into a shaft tube 1 provided on a frame, the left foot pedal 3 and left arm 4 are connected to the shaft tube 1, and the right foot pedal 5 and right arm 6 are connected to the shaft 2. The base of a handle clutch lever 7 is pivotally fitted 8 to the frame rotatably to the right and left and up and down, a lever 9 erected at the middle is extended outside the frame, and a driver grasps the lever 9 and rotates the hand clutch lever 7 to the right and left and up and down while walking. When the driver rotates the lever 7 to the left and presses is down from outside the frame, the shaft tube 1 is rotated to operate a mission mechanism M, and the left-side crawler or propelling wheel supporting the frame is stopped to change the advance direction.
