PURPOSE: To efficiently make use of a medium by storing a necessary quantity of every prescribed time of the medium required for an operation of each automatic machine, storing an influence exponent of every factor for giving a variation to the necessary quantity of the medium and instructing the medium quantity to be carried and the carrying timing to each automatic machine.
CONSTITUTION: At every medium required for each automatic machine 100, 300 and 600, a necessary quantity pattern of the medium at every prescribed time is stored, and in accordance with the timings of replenishment and collection are decided and the medium is carried automatically between the automatic machines. Also, the necessary quantity pattern of the medium can be corrected automatically or can be corrected manually, while operating the automatic machines 100, 300 and 600. In such a way, each automatic machine 100, 300 and 600 is connected by a means 900 for carrying automatically the medium, and in accordance with the medium necessary quantity pattern which has been stored in a control means 4, the necessary medium quantity can be carried automatically with a good timing at every prescribed time. Therefore, a state that handling of the automatic machine is suspended is eliminated, and also, an optimum utilization of the medium can be executed.
