PURPOSE: To contrive a production increase of a molded body by enabling continuous operation of a cast molding machine, by a method wherein when a sensor detects a state where there is no molded body, a main conveyor is replenished with the molded body reserved within a drying preventive chamber and when a signal is received through a subconveyor from a downstream side, the molded body on the main conveyor is sent into the drying preventive chamber.
CONSTITUTION: When an opening is generated in a row of molded bodies on a main conveyor 3, the first controller 9A receiving a signal through a sensor 8 recognizes this and controlls a drying preventive chamber 10 as follows. The drying preventive chamber 10 extracts the spare molded body of the inside of the drying preventive chamber 10 in accordance with timing where the opening moving on the main conveyor 3 is coincident with an elevating rest 5 and the opening part is replenished with the spare molded body through a subconveyor 6. Therefore, there is no opening position on the main conveyor 3, the molded body is mounted on the main conveyor 3 every tact pitch and sent to the next working stage 4. On the one hand, the second controller 9B is actuated a little before a fixed time rest such as a lunch break or nighttime in the working stage 4. A directional conversion of the whole of the molded bodies is performed to a subconveyor 6 by working cooperatively the elevating rest 5 and a pusher 7 with each other and the molded body is sent into the drying preventive chamber 10, in the second controller 9B.
