CONSTITUTION: When the result of the counting of a means 3 for counting the processed number based on an input signal from the equipment 10 to be managed and the predetermined processed number in a first storing means 1 on the object to be processed satisfy a prescribed relation, a decision means 4 for outputting a prescribed signal to the equipment 10 to be managed, a message selecting means 6 for selecting a message corresponding to the type of a trouble indicated by a trouble information signal included in an input signal from the messages stored in a second storing means 5 and a means 7 for displaying the counted result and the selected message are provided. Thereby, when the equipment to be managed processes the plural types of the objects to be processed, the operating state of the equipment can be managed.
