PURPOSE: To facilitate changing manipulation of departure time, dwell time, passing time and the like at the spot where a specific point on a train operation diagram indicates by laterally moving a mark on the specific point on the train operation diagram by a pointing device.
CONSTITUTION: An operation adjustment diagram 9 displayed on a display 9 is divided into an actual part 10 and a forecasting part 11 with the present time as the borderline. The actual part 10 shows the actual numbers of trains presently in operation and the forecasting part 11 is momentarily replaced with the actual part 10. The forecasted line displayed on the forecasting part 11 is manipulated by directly picking up a mouse 1. For example, a line 13 can have its shape changed by the movement of a manipulating mark 14 provided thereon. The movement of the mouse 1 for changing the diagram practices input coordinate 3 and forecasting simulation 5 so that the manipulation point may not slip off from the requirements which the diagram should satisfy by watching the lines in the circumference of the manipulated point and the diagram is renewed in a moment to a reasonable state.
