Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent running in failure detection mode by tentatively setting the angle with the direction of gravity of an acceleration sensor to a specific angle, and performing calculation whether sensor output is within a corresponding output range or not in the failure detection mode by a signal processing circuit and then displaying and outputting the result.
CONSTITUTION: The detection output of an acceleration sensor 1 is constantly outputted to a signal processing circuit 2 and a display output generation means 5 reads a detection value G1 before a cab 11 is tilted. When a cab tilt switch 10 is operated by a cab tilt means 9, a failure detection mode is set by a failure detection mode setting means 6 and it is checked whether the cab 11 reaches a rise edge or not. When the cab 11 reached the rise edge, the means 5 reads a detection value G2 at the rise edge from the sensor 1 and obtains a difference G=G1-G2 from the detection value G1. When sensor 1 is set to a specific angle, the blue and red lamps of the display means 4 light up when the operation value G is within and outside a specific range corresponding to a specific angle, respectively, thus reporting failure.
