Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a range of books or the like which can correspond in the case that a series of pages are automatically photographed by use of a page turning device.SOLUTION: A page turning operation for a book by, for example, a page turning device is controlled by a tablet which photographs a series of pages in association with said page turning operation. As an operation mode of the page turning device, plural operation modes, which comprise "automatic mode" of executing a page turning operation and an operation for holding a turned page on a turning destination, "semi-automatic mode" of executing only the page turning operation, and "manual model" of stopping both operations, are previously prepared. When automatically photographing a series of pages, an operation mode according to a book or the like which is an object to be photographed is selected by a user as an operation mode of the page turning device on the tablet, and operation of the page turning device and a photographing interval for each page are controlled according to the operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
