Title:
OPERATION CONTROL OF BATCH PLANT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08126835
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To grasp at a glance that an individual and the whole process are operated as planned and to discover abnormality in an early stage by indicating as a whole the latest value and the track record of each main condition in a prescribed process on the same CRT screen.

CONSTITUTION: In an indication position D on a CRT indication screen 15, the required time for whole process and that for each process are indicated in a bar graph by each plan and track record and comparing the plan with the track record. In indication positions E, F, the changes in internal temperature and liquid level of a reactor in each process up to the present time are indicated in a trend below corresponding to the schedule progress indication of the indication position D in a column. That is, in the indication position E, a standard value (a), an allowable upper limit value (b), an allowable lower limit value (c) and a track record change up to the present time (d) of the internal temperature of the reactor are indicated in a trend based on a measured value. In the indication position F, a standard value (a), an allowable upper limit value (b), an allowable lower limit value (c) and a track record change (d) of the liquid level of the reactor are indicated in a trend based on a measured value. For the two, the track record trend beyond the range between the allowable upper limit value (b) and the allowable lower limit value (c) is color-coded and understood at a glance.
