Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil lifter capable of minimizing a clearance between a claw part inserted into a coil material and an inner diameter of the coil material.SOLUTION: A coil lifter 5 inserts claw parts 9a, 9b at lower ends of a pair of arms 8a, 8b into holes of a coil material 3 and grips the coil material 3. Each arm 8a, 8b comprises upper sensors 11a, 11b and a lower sensor 12 which detect holes of the coil material 3. The upper sensors 11a, 11b are disposed on both left and right sides of the claw parts 9a, 9b inserted into the holes of the coil material 3 when viewed from a direction of a center line of the coil material 3 and are disposed below upper ends h1 of the claw parts 9a, 9 b and at a height in which the claw parts 9a, 9 b inserted into the holes of the coil material 3 do not interfere with the coil material 3 when the upper sensors 11a, 11b detect the holes of the coil material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
