Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system capable of preventing overlapping of starting loads when automatically starting installation equipment with an emergency power system, and of efficiently starting the installation equipment without a delay.SOLUTION: An operation control system 1 of the present invention for automatically activating prescribed equipment by an emergency power system in the event of total power outage of a power system in a facility, comprises: a power failure detection unit 11 for detecting a power outage of a power system; a DEG 12 acting as a power source for the emergency power system; a load equipment group 13 composed of a plurality of pieces of equipment to be activated in emergencies; and a controller 14 composed of a control device for activating the equipment of the load equipment group 13. The controller 14 determines in advance the sequence in which the pieces of equipment constituting the load equipment group 13 are to be activated, and executes a starting operation for each equipment according to the sequence. When the prescribed equipment does not start even after a prescribed time elapses, the starting operation for the equipment is stopped, and a starting operation for the next equipment in the sequence is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
