To provide an operation cost information output device that supports confirmation of the effect of introducing a control device that controls an electric power device installed in a consumer facility.SOLUTION: An operation cost information output device includes a first operating cost calculation unit that calculates first operating cost which is operating cost when an electric power device installed in a consumer facility is controlled for a predetermined period according to a first operating plan, a second operating cost calculation unit that calculates second operating cost which is operating cost when the electric power device is controlled for a predetermined period according to a second operating plan different from the first operating plan, and an information output unit that outputs information indicating the first operating cost and the second operating cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
