To provide an operating lever by which engine power is engaged/disengaged, and the operation of a suspension brake is released, for a motive power unit, also provide a separate operating device operating the aforesaid operating lever, for a dolly pulled by the aforesaid motive power unit, and thereby let the aforesaid lever for the the motive power unit be capable of being operated by the lever provided for the dolly.
Operating levers 3 and 25 which engages/disengages engine power, and also releases the operation of a suspension brake, are provided for a motive power unit, and a separate operating device operating the aforesaid levers 3 and 25, is provided for a dolly pulled by the motive power unit. A separate manual lever 6 operating the aforesaid levers 3 and 25, is provided for the dolly, and is connected with a push and pull wire 9. Furthermore, let manual operations performed by these operating levers 3 and 25 take precedence, and a separate operating device is provided, which electrically operates the operating levers 3 and 25. By this constitution, since both the engagement/disengagement of engine power and the release of the operation of a suspension brake can be performed. from both sides of the motive power unit and the dolly, the single railway track dolly can thereby be materialized, which can be safely and comfortably operated.
