Abstract:
To provide a system for a relay node constituting a sensor network to perform power saving operation.SOLUTION: A sensor node is configured to transmit a response request frame, which requests transmission of a delivery confirmation, to a relay node that constitutes a sensor network and is configured to perform, according to predetermined operation settings, switching between an active period in which a delivery confirmation is transmitted in response to the response request frame and a sleep period in which no delivery confirmation is transmitted. The sensor node comprises: an operation state estimation unit including an estimation transmission unit configured to transmit the response request frame to the relay node according to predetermined estimation transmission operation settings and a determination unit configured to determine at least either of the active period or the sleep period of the relay node on the basis of a reception situation of the delivery confirmation; and a communication execution control unit configured to control execution of communication with a communication destination of measurement data measured by a sensor unit, on the basis of an operation setting estimation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
