Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation input device which can be operated without a large action by realizing a structure for causing changes in electrostatic capacitance values by means of flexion of an operation lever.SOLUTION: An operation input device comprises: a lever member 120 whose one end is fixed to a base 110 and the other end is operable; base-side electrodes 133A to 133D fixed to the base 110; a lever-side electrode 124 provided on the lever member 120; and an electrostatic capacitance detection circuit which detects electrostatic capacitance generated by the base-side electrodes and the lever-side electrode. The electrostatic capacitance changes in accordance with elastic deformation of the lever member 120 caused by the operation of the lever member 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
