Abstract:
This operation management device (100) performs an entry/exit detection process of detecting user entry/exit into/from a car (201) of an elevator (200) at a stop floor at which the car has stopped. The operation management device determines the type of call that was the cause of the movement of the car to the stop floor. If the cause of the movement of the car to the stop floor is a landing call, and user entry/exit into/from the car at the stop floor is not detected, the operation management device determines the car at the stop floor to be full and performs a full operation.
