To immediately recover or support to recover a target facility in the case of abnormality by diagnosing the abnormality of the facility and monitoring a precursor of the abnormality based on a database between an electric power generation facility and its management system, diagnosing facility based on its performance evaluation in real time.
The system includes: a means for communicating information such as an operational status from the electric power generation facility and a temporal characteristics of equipment, or information coming directly from an operator of the target facility; a means for processing and diagnosing the information obtained from the means; a means for weighting the level of the abnormality in steps if a determination is made that the abnormality has occurred in the facility based on the information coming from the means; a means for automatically generating information for coping with the abnormality that is prepared for each weighting (e.g., a recovery procedure, a process, necessary parts, their inventory status, estimation of the cause of the abnormality and the like), and communicating with an operations department and an operations support department responsible for the electric power generation facility.
