Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control a pig iron producing speed to the constant and to execute the stable operation, even in the case of blowing plural kinds of pulverized coals from a blasting tuyere.
CONSTITUTION: In the operational method in a blast furnace for blowing the pulverized coal together with hot blast from the blasting tuyere, beforehand oxygen content in each coal is obtd. In the case of using plural coal kinds to the pulverized coals, based on the difference of the oxygen contents, oxygen enriching ratio corresponding to the difference of the oxygen contents is changed.
