Abstract:
PURPOSE:To hold a bucket horizontally by a method in which the vertically movable ring mechanism of bucket is provided with a ring attitude angle sensor and a horizontal control mechanism in connection with the control mechanism of bucket tilt cylinder, and the control mechanism is provided with a switcher for action and inaction. CONSTITUTION:The operation controller of bucket loader is provided with a horizontal control mechanism B to keep a bucket 10 in horizontal or almost horizontal fitting attitude by automatically operating a tilt cylinder 12 with verticval rocking of arm. The mechanism B also has a switcher 22 to switch it to action state or inaction state. The mechanism B consists of the solenoid control valve 13 of the tilt cylinder 12, a bucket control mechanism 15, an operation lever 23, an automatic-nonautomatic switcher 22, and a link 21 connected to the bucket. The bucket 10 can thus be kept horizontally regardless of the vertical movement of the link.
