This operation system switching device switches the operation system fixed by the corresponding relationship between the operation direction of operation lever devices 32L and 32R, hydraulic actuators 19 to 22 and its action direction, and has a storage part 54 for storing a plurality of preset operation systems, a key switch 41 for changing the setting of the operation systems by an inserted specific key and an arithmetic operation part 55 for outputting operation signals from the operation lever devices 32L and 32R to corresponding control valves 47 to 50 according to the read-in operation system by reading in the operation system set by this key switch 41 from the plurality of operation systems stored in the storage part 54.
