Abstract:
PURPOSE: To bias an operational amplifier circuit properly and to attain a broad band for the operational amplifier circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Junction FETs 46, 47 are used for input transistors(TRs) pairs of an operational amplifier circuit 41 and a capacitor C is connected between an output terminal 43 and an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier circuit 41. Thus, it is possible to set an input operating point and an output operating point to a different potential and the operational amplifier circuit 41 is biased properly. Since TRs except for those for a constant current source are bipolar TRs 49, 50, 51, 53, 56, 58, 59, broad band processing is attained.
