Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational method of a continuous annealing line which avoids increasing line stopping time by, when a line operation of the continuous annealing line is restarted during the operation stop state of the line, preventing plate fracture caused by buckling generated on a steel plate on which buckling is easily generated such as a low carbon steel plate or an ultra low carbon steel plate, and preventing generation of an origin (wavelet) of the buckling which occurs while the line is stopped, and causes significant increase in the line stopping time.SOLUTION: Provided is the operational method of a continuous annealing line characterized in that a line speed becomes low speed temporarily or gradually reduced in a range of 1-29 (m/min)/sec before changing to a line stopping state from a line operating state in the continuous annealing line of a steel plate.
