This ophthalmic liquid preparation composition is obtained by using a long-chain alkyl derivative of polysaccharides obtained by substituting a part or the whole of H in alcoholic OH groups in the polysaccharides with a substituent such as stearyloxyhydroxypropoxy group, etc., and incorporating by dissolving it in a prescribed aqueous medium.
