To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and an ophthalmologic control method, and a program which can reduce the burden on a subject by shortening the acquisition time of inherent information and acquire accurate inherent information.

An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: projection means which projects a light flux onto a subject eye; an imaging optical system which forms an image of the light flux reflected in the subject eye or an image of the subject eye on an imaging surface; imaging means provided on the imaging surface of the imaging optical system; determination means which determines a parameter relating to the imaging means or the projection mean for acquiring the inherent information on the subject eye on the basis of the physical property of the subject eye; and acquisition means which acquires the inherent information on the basis of the image of the light flux or the image of the subject eye imaged by the imaging means by use of the determined parameter.
